As it would seem to be referencing the Sargent and other conspirators ability to undermine democracy and the public's safety with the aid of cavalier. Which reminds me of a similiar scenario about 8 years ago, where family members of the sargent come to bar bar that I frequented to make ominous comments. However, I was on a seven ball run and stroking them balls soo hard in their direction , that one could have jumped off the table and hit one of them in the head and knock em out.. but they were going on. Which only goes to show the power of concentration, while multi-tasking and taking in everything surrounding you, that would have seemed to unnerve the sargent's 20 something, young proteges. Whom would make one last comment after a loong pause of silence while entertaining the pool clinic I was displaying lol... I remember the night like it was yesterday,,, needless to say, Allegations will not disappoint. Meanwhile, the apparent leader of the duo commented: " It don't matter if you're not listening", before the two turned and exited the bar; in what would seem to be defeat.
